This learning agreement defines the conditions and expected outcomes of a learning mobility organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. Parties in this agreement shall abide by the programme’s rules and quality standards.

Description: |
The participant will gain insight into the Lithuanian education system and its curriculum. Additionally, they will receive information about a specific school, including the number of students per class, the number of lessons per week, available school equipment and supplies, assessment methods, the school culture, and the teacher-student relationship. |

The participant will enhance their communication skills by interacting in English with teachers and students at the Lithuanian school. They will also prepare a brief presentation about Slovenia and the Slovenian education system for them. |

- Mentoring and monitoring arrangements
As a minimum, the monitoring and mentoring arrangements will include the following activities:
- Consultations between the mentors at the hosting and sending organisation.
- Coordination of learning programme and tasks between the hosting and sending organization.
- Write a report and discuss about achieving learning outcomes with the project coordinator and the principal at the sending organization.
- Giving a feedback about achieving learning outcomes with the mentor at the host organization.
- Discussion between the participant and the project coordinator of sending organization about organizational/logistic aspects of mobility.
- Evaluation of learning outcomes
After the mobility activity, the participant’s learning outcomes will be assessed in the following way:

Evaluation criteria: |
The principal of the sending organization will assess the participant's acquisition of new knowledge in the area of improving reading literacy among students based on the submitted documents. Colleagues will evaluate the participant's ability to successfully apply this new knowledge in practice through the observed lesson or workshop for teachers. |
Evaluation procedures: |
After the mobility, the participant will submit the required documents (EU Survey and a short article). The Erasmus+ coordinator and the principal will evaluate the success of the set goals. The participant will organize an observational lesson or workshop for colleagues, demonstrating the practical application of methods learned during their mobility. Colleagues will assess whether the presented methods are effective. |
- Recognition of learning outcomes
The learning outcomes attained by the participant will be recognised in the following way:
Recognition conditions: |
Learning outcomes will be recognized if the participant completes all activities as outlined in the program, fulfils all required evaluation formats, and succeeds in them. |
Recognition procedures: |
The recognition of learning outcomes will be the responsibility of mentors from both organizations (sending and hosting). The participant will receive a Learning Agreement supplement, which will validate the knowledge and competencies they have acquired. This supplement can be used by the participant for career advancement or title promotion. |
